Refund policy

A little help if something is not right

Please email willnels78@gmail.com with your order number to request a return within 30 days of delivery. Ramblewick will help you through the process and coordinate with our supplier.

Change-of-mind returns

Items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, with their original tags, packaging and included parts. For a bundle, please return the complete set. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions and return destination.

Return costs

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the actual return shipping cost. If a free supplier label is available for your return, we will pass it along at no charge. Otherwise, we will explain the label cost before you agree to use it, or provide instructions for arranging tracked return shipping yourself. We do not add a restocking fee. Any agreed prepaid-label charge will be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. If your order qualified for free outbound shipping, we will not deduct an outbound shipping charge from your refund.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Please contact us promptly if something arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete. Include photos if possible and keep the packaging while we investigate. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, including necessary return shipping, at no cost to you. This does not limit your rights if a problem becomes apparent later.

Refunds and replacements

We will email you after the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days after approval for the refund to appear; your bank may take additional processing time. If it has not arrived, email us and we will follow up.

If a return does not meet the condition requirements, we will explain the issue and discuss the next step with you. For a different size or color, contact us first; a return and separate new order may be the simplest route, subject to availability. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
